The property bounds read: From a corner of a stone wall north west of Benjamin Higgins' dwelling house, then east as his fence now stands to a bound 3 rods east of the northeast corner of said fence, then running south about 12 rods to a bound southeast of a flag root swamp, and then running 4 rods to the southeast corner of Benjamin Higgins' fence, and then running as his fence stands 13 1/2 rods to the southwest of said fence, then running southerly 17 rods to the first mentioned bound. Lot Higgins had a seal next to his signature.
