Deed Notes

The land sold was adjacent to Pleasant Bay, and to Quanset Pond, and to Widow Mayo's land. The seller reserved the right to himself to pass and repass over the land, and to allow the buyer the privilege to pass and repass from the land out through the seller's land, out by the barn into the allowed road. On the reverse side of the deed is written, "Abstract of Sears Mayo deed to Zacheus Small."
